Military courts have no power for civilians’ trial, argues Imran’s lawyer

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s lawyer Thursday argued before the Supreme Court’s Constitutional Bench that military courts have no power constitutionally to conduct trial of civilians.
