Telangana on Thursday, in its arguments before the Krishna Waters Disputes Tribunal-II, said the state could have benefited had a gravity canal system been implemented at the Almatti, Narayanpur, and Tungabhadra dams in the upstream reaches of River Krishna in Karnataka.
