Majestic orcas misnamed as ‘killer whales’

THIS majestic ocean creature has for centuries been misnamed as a killer whale. Such a title for the orca (Orcinus orca) is far from the truth as it originated from the Spanish ‘asesino de ballenas’, literally meaning whale killers or whalers.
